5. Participation

Due to very low investments in machines and equipment and the necessity to integrate external partners permanently into our business model, the following points are added to the company structure:

  1. Since there are no bonuses, employees and commercial agents receive 20% of the distribution.

  2. Strategic Partners and directors get 20%.

  3. Shareholders get 20%.

  4. 40% remain in the company for reinvestment.
