Private label pies and pastries

Pies and pastries are lucrative products for white label and private label sales. They are widely consumed all over the world and many cultures have their own variations of pies and pastries, which gives great opportunity to sell frozen goods all over the world. As they are traditional food and due to globalization, many people emigrate to other countries, there is a vast potential in private labeled traditional pastries from various cultures. Pastry is a dough of flour, water and solid fats that may be savory or sweet. Common pastry dishes include pies, tarts, quiches, croissants, and pastries are sweet baked products. These products may be manufactured anywhere and they may be sold frozen or fresh.  American apple pie is probably the most popular pastry in the world and is mostly associated with the word pie. Although, pies may be sweet with nuts or fruit fillings, savory pies with meat or eggs and cheese are as loved as sweet pies.
